Stephens primarily worked on gas pads on which the well stood.  Once the gas fields industry fell off in the mid to late eighties, we changed our focus to paving. In the early nineties we moved our office and yard to Lodi where we quickly formed excellent relationships with the City of Lodi and the Lodi Unified School District.  Today A.M.
